Turnkey management of your refit project

The Project Manager takes care of everything.

We handle all types of refit projects on a personalised basis, both for sailing and motor boats. We coordinate refit, maintenance and structural modification work carried out by highly qualified professionals.

We also provide inspection services (pre-sale, vessel purchase) and process the requirements for vessel classification.

Every project at Varador follows the same written methodology, set to superyacht standards. Before your yacht arrives, we define and secure the job. Once she is here, one Project Manager runs it and answers to you.
